Debye Force Animation
When a polar covalent molecule is around a non-polar covalent atom or molecule, this molecule can influence the non-polar atom or molecule to become polar. If so, non-polar covalent atoms or molecules would have positive polarity and negative polarity. Furthermore, the different polarities of different molecules will be attractive.
