Un père et sa fille : Jack, procureur à la retraite, Sarah, jeune avocate pleine d’ambition. Malgré l’amour très fort qu’ils éprouvent l’un pour l’autre, ils n’arrivent pourtant à communiquer que très difficilement. <br />Barrières à leur amour, la maladie de Jack, sa peur de la souffrance, l’égotisme de Sarah, sa peur de la mort. <br />Et puis aussi le poids d’un passé chargé de la séparation, de faits inavoués, d’un secret douloureux…<br /><br />A father and his daughter: Jack a retired prosecutor and Sarah a young ambitious lawyer. <br />Despite their strong love for one another they have a difficult time communicating. Jack’s affliction and his fear of suffering, Sarah’s egotism and her fear of death are just a few of the obstacles to their love.
