Failed BMX Backflip
In 1991 Brandon Big Train Trotter went 17 feet high on the vert ramp in the hopes of landing the second ever backflip in competition. Unfortunately, he stalled at the peak and came back to earth hard. Good thing those BMX riders are tough.
