Hiking
Several of us girls went hiking at a desert trail called "Bump-n-Grind" in Rancho Mirage, California. The hiking trail is about 2.1 miles, with a beginning elevation of 250 feet. The hike is strenuous going up hill with an elevation gain of about 1000 feet. Some areas are moderate, especially going down hill.
