Le Dîner Procréatif, œuvre éphémère entre art, science et gastronomie<br /><br />Prune Nourry s’associe à un chef étoilé et à un scientifique spécialisé pour réfléchir à l’idée de «l’enfant à la carte», ou comment les nouvelles techniques de procréation assistée nous mènent vers une évolution artificielle de l’humain à travers la sélection.<br />Prune orchestre son repas autour d’un processus clinique allant de la fécondation in vitro au choix du sexe de son futur enfant dans le but de créer « l’enfant parfait ».<br />--------------------------<br />The Procreative Dinner, ephemeral work between art, science and gastronomy<br /><br />Prune Nourry associate her art to a chef étoilé and a specialised scientist to think about the idea of a child «à la carte», and how the techniques of assisted procreation lead us to an artificial evolution of the human being through selection. <br />The artist designed a meal around a «clinical process» – which moved through all stages of child conception, from in-vitro fertilization to choosing the sex of the child.
