Production process
The production of steel begins with sorting and processing scrap metal, which is then melted in an electric arc furnace at extremely high temperatures. The molten metal moves on to continuous casting, where steel billets are formed for further shaping. This is followed by hot forming and rolling, during which the billets are transformed into precise seamless tubes. Final operations include heat treatment, quality control, cutting, and surface finishing to ensure the tubes meet all technical and safety requirements.
