You're watching the Primary Spike Controller with the benchmark interbank price stats so you can be sure you're always getting the best deals from your broker. <br />Euro/Dollar’s long term average spread is point 26 pips and maximum separation has been 1.6 pips.<br />Trader’s favorite pair has declined from the high of 1 0878, dropping by point 67% or 73 pips.<br />Last 24 hours have been calm in terms of spreads, max of only 1.6 pips took place yesterday at 6:30 PM as the rate rose.<br />The Cable’s spreads have averaged at point 87 pips during the last 24 hours, peaking at 4 pips.<br />Pound/Dollar dropped yesterday by close to 1% or 139 pips, but most of the loss was recovered as the rate rose from the low of 1 4352.<br />Spreads were elevated for a number of ticks yesterday shortly after 11 PM GMT, but you shouldn’t have seen a gap bigger than 4 pips.<br />Last up is the Dollar/Yen, which has long term average and maximum spreads of point 33 and 3.3 pips respectively.<br />Greenback has surged against the Yen, gaining point 85% or 100 pips to hit the high of 118 38.<br />Maximum separation was recorded today at 1:15 AM GMT, but 3.3 pips is the most you should have been charged.<br />I’m Sam Meredith and this was the Main Spike Controller for Wednesday.
