My internal sun <br />that keeps me alive <br />and spreads the life <br />through my body. <br /> <br />My sun can only take <br />so much. <br />Too much strain <br />and it will crack. <br /> <br />It didn’t just crack. <br />It exploded. <br />Super Nova. <br /> <br />Instead of life <br />it now spreads <br />pain, <br />darkness, <br />and despair. <br /> <br />Now there is no way <br />to contain these <br />dark emotions <br />riding my bloodstream, <br />pushed by my sun’s <br />Explosion. <br /> <br />Without my sun, <br />What keeps me <br />alive now?<br /><br />Timothy Kashorek<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/sun-exploding/
