Twitter - Blue Dot Notification
The social network said Friday it would finally start to limit how often the blue dot notification notification appeared in the Moments tab within the Twitter app. Last month Twitter introduced Moments, a new section of its app that includes curated collections of tweets. The much-hyped feature was one of the company's biggest updates in years but all anyone could focus on was the blue dot that wouldn't go away.
