I forgot to mention in video - this is a simulfocus microscope - which means that the camera doesn't have to 'share' with the eyepieces. You always can record an image while having full stereo vision through the eye pieces.<br />Talk about all the parts and pieces to make this thing really work well.<br /><br />UPDATE: I SWITCHED TO a .35 C mount adapter. This lessens the crop factor in a big way, though still not 100 percent. So - use the .35 adapter instead of the.5 cmount adapter I discuss in the video. Also didn't need the C-CS mount adapter with this switch. The edge of the lens does vignette on the right hand side, slightly - but this is still preferable to a massively cropped image.<br /><br />Update (Dec 2025) - updated camera and desk. Even better stuff than I originally had. Nice.
