The Everest Gokyo Lake Trek is a beautiful, slightly easier and less crowded alternative to the traditional Everest Base Camp Trek. It offers a dramatic view of the northwest face of Everest and its setting amongst the other giants of this area is more impressive than the view from Kala Patthar.
