Rafael Correa has taken been sworn in as President of Ecuador - for the third time.

He won an election in Feburary, promising more spending on health, education and infrastructure projects.

But he recently passed a new law restricting press freedoms and critics accused him of being a dangerous authoritarian, who controls state institutions.
