They're accused of planning to produce poisons for attacks in Iraq, Europe and the United States.

Iraq detained the suspected al Qaeda cell along with equipment allegedly for making chemical weapons such as mustard gas.

Authorities say they intended to use remote controlled helicopters to disperse the gas and were planning to smuggle some poisons overseas.

The suspects were detained before any chemical was manufactured.
