Beach The hotel was built in 1991-1992. From then until now has been kept in immaculate condition by the property owner as of the engineer and architect with Universal last renovation in 2009. It consists of two wings (buildings rooms) and a central building that is the lobby and the reception area and joining the previous two.

The two wings consist of ground floor, first and second floor. The north consists of 24 rooms, fully equipped and renovated of which 8 have direct access to the garden and all the rest have a balcony. The south wing consists of 15 rooms including 4 junior suites with balcony, 5 rooms with access to the garden and the other 6 with balcony. On the upper floor of the main building is a multipurpose room with a balcony (this is currently being used for serving breakfast), while the total basement area is a fully equipped kitchen, staff rooms, storage rooms, boiler room and oil tank room, water treatment and filtration pool and space available for future use spa or gym.

They are situated to the ground floor of the hotel and they have direct access to the garden.

They are situated on the second and third level of the hotel and they have a balcony.

They are situated on the second and third level of the hotel and they have a balcony and a window.
