The Emeraude's 9th Annual Wine & Dine Cruise Classic starred award-winning vintages from Australia's Jim Barry winery, and an evening of old-world romance and fine dining within the rocky vault of Hang Trong Cave. Named for a cruising vessel that plied the bay's emerald waters between 1906 and 1937, today The Emeraude ferries travelers on overnight cruises through the spectacular seascapes of this UNESCO Heritage Site.
