Lebron James and the Miami Heat are once again NBA champs after they beat out Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs in an exciting back-and-forth Game 7.

Lebron helped give the Heat their second straight NBA title, dropping 37 points and pulling down 12 rebounds in a 95-88 win Thursday night at American Airlines Arena in Miami. James was lighting it up from downtown as well making five 3-pointers. He was on his defensive game as well. The Heat have become the NBA's first repeat champions since the Lakers did it in 2009 and 2010 and the first team to beat the Spurs in the NBA Finals.

Duncan led the Spurs with 24 points and 12 boards but missed a crucial shot and follow attempt right below the basket with around 50 seconds left and the Spurs down by 2. Kawhi Leonard had a huge game with 19 points and 16 rebounds. Ginobili had 18 points but also had a ton of horrible turnovers. Parker scored only 10 points on 3-of-12 shooting.

Dwyane Wade was able to help out James by scoring 23 points and pulling down 10 boards, while Shane Battier nailed six 3-pointers for 18 points. Chris Bosh played horribly while managing to score zero points.

Miami fans are rejoicing, that is, if any of them stayed around to watch. But most relieved are the Nike execs who decided to make Lebron 2X Champ kicks even before today's victory.
