Las Palmeras House, Lima (PE)

This project consists of an extremely fascinating architecture of great environmental quality, which consistently fits in with the natural surroundings. Built in unusual layers of volumes, surfaces and materials, the estate experiments with unique solutions that have no precedents in this kind of houses. The geometrical and monochromatic use of ceramics elegantly and accurately emphasises the divisions of the spaces and goes so far as to play a key role in the scenic terrace that frames the horizon on the sea: the seamless stoneware flooring marks the walks, along this spectacular perspective on the seascape.
