Another apology from Asiana airlines appeared to provide little solace for the families of the passengers killed and wounded in last weekend's Boeing 777 crash in San Francisco.
A group of relatives is on their way to San Francisco from Jiangshan City in China. 141 of the passengers were Chinese, among them a large group of students from Jiangshan.
