Living in a house with limited land can be a letdown for many homeowners who wish to have a garden.
Well, one agricultural expert in China decided to create a massive orchard despite the lack of acreage.
He basically converted the exterior of his house into a five-story fruit and vegetable farm. The 55-year-old male initially began growing tomatoes on his balcony, but that green space soon expanded.
He now grows fruits and vegetables including eggplant, grapes and plums all around the outside of the residence. The end result is five floors covered in greenery. It appears like the house is a giant, overgrown bush.
The man wasn’t satisfied with just the exterior walls covered in yummy fresh produce - the roof of his home has a koi pond along with a growing area for lotuses.
He stated “It is all organic and delicious. If I want some fruit or vegetables all I have to do is open a window and pick some.”
