The founder of shock website BestGore.com has been charged after allegedly posting a video depicting the murder of Jun Lin. Mark Marek, 38, is charged on July 16 with corrupting morals. The 11-minute video in question was titled "1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick" and allegedly depicts Magnotta stabbing and dismembering Lin. Magnotta has been charged with murder in the May 2012 death and will stand trial in September.
