Paedophile Daniel Galvan Vina has been arrested in the south-eastern region of Murcia. He had returned to Spain after being pardoned in Morocco where he was serving a 30-year-sentence.

Galvan will be taken to Madrid where one of the country's top courts will deal with the next move in the controversy which began when he was granted a royal pardon.
