At least 12 people have been killed and over 60 injured in a gas explosion in an apartment block in the Argentinian city of Rosario. Emergency services rushed to the scene searching for survivors beneath the rubble while others tried to rescue those trapped on upper floors. Several buildings were also damaged in the area.
