Oscillators

In the fourth part of this series we look at the Trend Strength Index. This Index is based on the assertion that a pair that have a high level of momentum relative to volatility are less likely to revert. The Index ranges from -1 to 1, where the oscillator moves through the 0 to show a change in trend.
