Police have found 40 distressed pythons in a motel room in Canada.
Officers said the slithery creatures - ranging from 30 centimetres to 1.37 metres in length - were being improperly held in plastic storage cases at the Bell City motel in Brantford, around 100 kilometres southwest of Toronto.
