Ingredients:
3 Boiled Potatoes and finely chopped
2 Onions cut lengthwise
1 Tomato deseeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup boiled green Peas
Coriander Leaves
1/2 lemon
Curry Leaves
1 tsp Ginger chilli Paste
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt
Butter

Few slices of Bread
1 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a frying pan
- Once the oil is hot add the mustard seeds and let it crackle
- Add curry leaves, half the portions of onion and cook it it its soft
- Add the tomatoes, ginger chilli paste, green peas and sauté it for a couple of minute
- Add chopped potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well and cook it it a little
- when the filling is ready, turn off the flame and let it cool
- Meanwhile apply coriander mint chutney on the bread and add onions as well and sprinkle some chaat masala on it
- Put the filling on the bread and close it with another bread
- Apply butter on both the sides of bread and put it in griller
- The toast Sandwich is ready to be served hot and crunchy
