More than 20,000 people have been moved from their homes in Russia's far east after the region's worst floods in living memory. Hundreds of soldiers have been sent to help as rising water threatens houses and electricity plants. Al Jazeera's Peter Sharp reports from Sikachi Alyan, one of the worst hit areas.
