He believes that a bowler should be allowed to work with their natural action and coaches should avoid trying to change bowlers' actions. He himself suffered from few injuries during his career and he adds that the best way to keep fit is to keep working hard, and keep bowling, rather than the modern-day idea that rest is an important part of a player's development.
