Russia’s proposal to put Syria’s chemical weapons under international control has raised hopes for a diplomatic solution. Barack Obama has indeed postponed US military strikes against Syria in order to give talks a new chance. But our guest, Free Syrian Army’s spokesman Louay Al-Mokdad, thinks Moscow’s suggestion is "just a new trick" to buy Assad more time. He tells Douglas Herbert why.
