Teenage drivers don’t have the best reputation when it comes to paying attention and being safe.

A new, male driver was recently cruising down a main road in Tulsa, Oklahoma when he realized a little too late that there was a vehicle stopped at a red light in front of him.

Wanting to avoid a crash, the unnamed teenager immediately swerved to the right on wet pavement and hit a fence. The combination of the speed and slippery terrain cause the young man to lose control of the vehicle.

The truck he was driving basically spun and landed on a guy wire which was securing a utility pole. Luckily the teenage boy was uninjured and no one else was hurt resulting from the accident.

Local police referred to the male as “inexperienced” when it came to the operation of a motor vehicle. Amazingly, there were no power outgases following the crash.

Public service of Oklahoma along with local police officers were sent to the scene for assistance. Other motorists got quite a view though, as a quick glance appeared to show the truck standing on its front bumper, while the rear end was entirely up in the air.
