Dundee Corporation, which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol DC.A, has closed a strategic investment in CNSX, operator of the Canadian National Stock Exchange and Pure Trading. In conjunction with the investment, for which the terms were not released, Mr. Ned Goodman, President and CEO of Dundee, has joined the CNSX Board as Deputy Chairman.
