Wet brand personal lubricants have just been certified kosher, making 95 percent of their products fit for oral consumption, according to Jewish regulations. The makers of the brand, Trigg Laboratories, based in Valencia, California, successfully passed a two-year certification process administered by the Rabbinical Council of California. Part of the application process required rabbis visiting the 52,000 ft2 manufacturing facility to ensure that both the equipment and materials used in making the lubricants met religious requirements.
