Killer Is Dead review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Shop CGR shirts & mugs! http://www.CGRstore.com Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Killer Is Dead for the PlayStation 3 developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Xseed Games. Fans of No More Heroes, Killer7 and Lollipop Chainsaw have another game to add to their library. From the mind of Suda 51, Killer Is Dead features everything you love—or everything you hate—about the incomparable game designer. The game tells the story of Mondo Zappa, an executioner with a sword in one hand and...well, he only has one hand. Because his other arm is a cybernetic weapon that can shoot and even transform into things like drills. Mondo is a skilled assassin and a ladies man, and as you'd expect from Suda 51, Killer Is Dead features plenty of violence, sex and style. The game uses the trademark cel-shaded style that defines games like No More Heroes, and the gameplay follows the same path. Killer Is Dead essentially plays like No More Heroes 3, a fast-paced action game with lots of slashing and even more hacking. If you're looking for a game that brings all of Suda's greatest hits together under one demented roof, this is the game for you. Killer Is Dead is a single-player game. This video review features video gameplay footage of Killer Is Dead for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
