Bengali beauties Sushmita Sen and Kajol celebrated the Durga Puja festivities in Mumbai on Thursday.
Actress Kajol attended a special occassion in Tulip Star hotel in Juhu with her children - daughter Nysa, 10, and son Yug, 3. The actress looked stunning in an off-white sari with pink border and a simple necklace. Her cousins Ayan Mukherjee, who directed "Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani", and Sharbani Mukherjee were also spotted during the puja.
On the other hand, former Miss Universe Sushmita showed up for a puja in Bandra. The actress looked every bit traditonal in a Bengali sari and performed the aarti at the event. Surprisingly, her daughters Renee and Alisah were missing from the scene.
Durga puja, an annual Hindu festival celebrated in South Asia, marks the victory of good over evil. This festival is celebrated with much pomp in Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Odisha, Tripura and West Bengal.
