Last night Congress finally reached an agreement to bring the government shutdown, but not everyone was happy. Stenographer Diane Reidy came to the podium and began shouting about the Constitution, Freemasons and God. Reidy was quickly escorted away and taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
