Clashes between Montenegro police and anti-gay protesters marred the country's first ever Gay Pride Parade.

The parade participants were evacuated from the city centre when they came under attack from projectiles.

The parade was held under the slogan, "Montenegro proudly" and included a number of prominent politicians.
