Huelva (Spain), 11 Aug (EFE), (Camera: Julian Perez).- Inventor Faustino Blanco, who himself is visually impaired, has presented a patented system to connect two bicycles in tandem, which allows people with disabilities to ride them. The system could also benefit the elderly and people undergoing rehabilitation.
