Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup Almonds
1 cup Sugar
1/6 cup Water
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Honey
Method:
- Add almonds, sugar, water to a pan and stir and let them cook
- Stir occasionally in between
- Add oil, honey to the caramelized almonds and stir it again continuously to avoid burning of the caramel
- Take it out from the heat and place them over a greased platform by separating almonds from each other
- The candy is ready to be served.
