Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) is expected to report fiscal third-quarter earnings after the bell on Wednesday, and analysts estimate the company will issue earnings of 12 cents per share on revenue of $1.91 billion, compared with a loss of 2 cents a share on revenue of $1.26 billion in the year-ago quarter.

Facebook shares edged down 0.35 percent to $49.22 in afternoon trading ahead of the company’s earnings announcement.
