The Maui Space Surveillance Complex is the not so well known base for super telescopes that keep an eye on objects orbiting our home planet, like space trash and weather satellites.

As the complex is run by the Air Force Space Command, the official Air Force magazine, Airman Magazine Online, received exclusive rights to create this stunning time lapse.
