A Florida man called 9-1-1 after his neighbors refused to drink with him. James Collins was celebrating his 56 birthday and had some trouble getting a party together. He called 9-1-1 twice in an hour to report his neighbors for ?being mean? after they refused to come over. He was arrested after the second call for disorderly intoxication and misuse of 911.
