I moved out of our house into an apartment so that she could live there. A month or two later, without notifying me, she moved 60 miles away and allowed three of her friends to move into our house. She also had the locks changed at that time.

We have not been able to come to an agreement on our divorce and we are scheduled to go to court in a month. I want to move back into the house since she has expressed she does not want it, but I am not sure what I need to do to get her friends out of the house. I called the police and they said since she gave them permission to stay there, they cannot assist me in making them move out. I would like this to be as non-confrontational as possible, and I'm not sure what to do.

As a side note, we were under bankruptcy when we separated. The house deed is in both of our names, but the mortgage loan is only in my name.
