I'm filing chapter 7. I have already paid my Attorney fees, and taken the first class. 5/31 I went into the Attorney office and signed my paperwork. Now I'm just waiting to hear when my court date it. I fear each day that I will not have a job after today. My company isn't doing so well. The #'s are down and each month it is getting worst. I already have issues with my employer harrassment and comments targets about my sexual preference. I don't feel comfortable about working here. I have already been suspended from work prior when I went above my supervisor to file a complaint about my supervisor. There not many jobs around where I live so I have an oppertunity to move out of state. I have several potiential interviews if I was down there. But if I was to put my 2 week notice in and leave would that affect the outcome of my bankruptcy? -
