I was eventually indited to the Grand Jury and was found INNOCENT after they were given the investigation information... In this year of HELL !! I was unable to get my unemployment, I was humiliated and accused of something I DID NOT DO... I have had nightmares, stress, and depression... But it is over now. I want to file a civil suit against the company but I have not yet contacted an attorney in doing this as of this date. I have been tormented for 1 year as of 2/28/2011 and I needed a breather, everyone is on my case in filing. What do you think and can I expect to receive anything? It is almost like I have post tramatic syndrome.... I was afraid to leave the house, everytime I heard a car come in my driveway I thought the police were here to get me... I had to file bankruptcy , I almost lost my house... too much to even discuss... HELP ME !!!! -
