HUMAN ERROR?: Train Engineer Reportedly Asleep at the Controls Causing NYC Commuter Crash

The engineer conducting the passenger train that crashed in New York reportedly fell asleep. Test indicate the conductor, William Rockefeller, had not been drinking or on his phone at the time. Reports show the train was going 82 MPH by the time it hit the 30 MPH curve and it was too late to brake.
