German Chancellor Angela Merkel has signed an agreement to form the country's next coalition government. The deal between Merkel's Christian Democrats and the leaders of the Christian Social Union and the Social Democrats was sealed in Berlin. Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Berlin.
