The PecPop Player comes with a 3 settings (Hi-Med-Lo) intensity controller.

- High settings are best suited for muscle above 130 bpm. (Techno, house and dub step etc.)
- Medium settings are best suited for mid-tempo music around 100 bpm (Hip-hop, rap tracks)
- Low settings are best suited for slower type music or music without heavy drums.
