Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi addressed a function “Self-help group” sponsored by state government called “Umeed” for the empowerment of women in Jammu and Kashmir during his visit.. “If you notice other states in which empowerment of women being done henceforth that state has developed rapidly.” He added in the speech, further he said that we want to hear the voice of women in the state not the voices of bureaucrats in J&K.
