Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter softened
1 egg
1 1/4 cup gluten free bisquick
*Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter and egg together
*Stir in the bisquick
*Cover and refrigerate for 60minutes to overnight
*Roll dough into balls and roll into sugar
*Place on cooking sheet and using a fork make a criss cross pattern
*Bake for 9minutes at 375 degrees
