Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said there is wall of poverty ahead of poor and it‘s government responsibility to break that wall. But BJP wants poor to break that wall itself and thinks welfare schemes for poor are wastage of money and this makes them lazy.
