Three United Nations workers and an International Momentary Fund employee are amongst 16 people killed in a suicide attack in Afghanistan.

Taliban fighters targetted a Lebanese restaurant, popular with expats and diplomats in Kabul.

It happened in the affluent Wazir Akbar Khan suburb, home to many embassies and non-governmental organisations.
